Mustafa Ozkaynak, PhD is an associate professor at University of Colorado Denver College of Nursing. His background has enabled him to apply a systems analysis perspective to the design, implementation, and evaluation of decision support systems in health care. His research has been supported by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, National Library of Medicine, and Center for Disease Control. He also teaches courses on clinical decision support systems, the system development life cycle, foundations of health informatics, knowledge management, and quantitative research methods.
