Each quarter, the CDSiC Innovation Center will publish reports documenting developments and updates related to the work of the Innovation Center Cores and the Innovation Center Planning Committee. The Innovation Center Quarter Three Report provides an update regarding the second meeting of the Innovation Center Planning Committee. It also describes project progress within the two Cores:  

• The Measurement and Value of CDS Core will undertake the development of a comprehensive PC CDs measurement framework. The Core 1 Team conducted literature reviews and key informant interviews to map measure domains and subdomains to each phase of the PC CDS lifecycle. The Core 1 team also developed a PC CDS Workflow Model that describes relationships among workflow components in PC CDS scenarios.  
• The Conducting and Coordinating CDS Projects Core will develop an interactive PC CDS clinical performance dashboard focused on patient-reported outcomes. The Core 2 team completed key informant interviews and a literature review of existing PC CDS dashboards and measures. The team used these findings to develop a design considerations document for the dashboard. 
• The Conducting and Coordinating CDS Projects Core will develop a prototype dashboard that implements best practices for presentation and analysis of selected types of patient-generated health data. The Core 2 team completed a scoping literature review of existing patient-collected, physiological measurements and visualization techniques, identifying best practices and challenges for presentation of this data.
